As a member of our Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in Tinder’s expansion into key geographic markets. We are looking for an International Communications Coordinator to support our team and help us execute our PR efforts across the globe. In this role you will:

• Manage the day-to-day logistics and calendars for all international PR campaigns and events
• Organize data pulls, conduct market research and create spreadsheets for analysis
• Explore and develop story pitches, draft pitch decks and presentations
• File and manage all coverage, track all international inbound press requests and create weekly reports
• Serve as liaison between Communications team, International team and partner agencies, coordinating interdepartmental meetings to keep projects on track
• Proactively track and measure the success of campaigns, presenting metrics to the team and identifying areas for growth or improvement
• Work with partner agencies to localize communications strategies across diverse markets
• Report to the Director of International Communications, providing support as needed
• This position operates in many time zones and hours will vary

We're looking for:

• 2 years of PR Agency experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, a keen understanding of PR principles
• Highly proficient in the creation of spreadsheets and pitch decks/presentations
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the value in the data, always finding a story to tell
• Curious, voracious reader who is fascinated by current events the world over
• Ability to understand the nuances of messaging to diverse cultures
• International experience a plus
