Procore is seeking a People Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our People team in Carpinteria, CA. This role will provide functional and technical support and guidance in the utilization and application of Procore’s HRIS.

The candidate must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy a fast-paced tech environment. Professional written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail are required. This position will involve direct interface with all levels of our organization. Candidate should be resourceful, proactive, and efficient while maintaining an approachable and professional presence to all employees within our organization.

 What you'll do:

• Provide functional and technical support and guidance in the utilization and application of Procore’s HRIS.
• Provide needed support for implementations, integrations, upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and offer technical assistance in support of the People team, Payroll, Benefits, and timekeeping systems.
• Perform analysis into the root cause of problems; develop and implement solutions.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices within HRIS.
• Develop and assist in training employees on new and existing processes and functionality.
• Participate in technology projects and coordinate with other internal functions, ensuring quality, timeliness and proper use of HR information.
• Develop data integrity protocols and help maintain data integrity in the systems by analyzing data, creating and running various audits.
• Prepare intermediate to complex reports using business intelligence, in response to requests from users within the People team and from users in other departments.
• Collaborate with People team members to automate, streamline, and improve the efficiency of systems and day-to-day processes.

 What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 3 years of HR and/or HRIS experience preferred
• Strong data analysis and report development skills
• Experience in Technology/SaaS industry a plus
• Excellent written/oral communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Google applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
