The Client Services team is a group of account management professionals who specialize in the exciting world of online display advertising. The Client Services team is seeking an energetic and highly-detail oriented individual who can lead a team to help our clients succeed in their use of our Premier product. This role will lead the Premier onboarding team, Premier Accounts team, Premier Performance analysts and Premier pixel team and work directly with the VP, Client Services.

You will:

  • Manage execution for success of the product 
  • Optimize different success metrics including client retention rate, client growth rate, satisfaction rating, and time to get a client live 
  • Motivate and train a team and the wider company
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations)
  • Become the expert on the SteelHouse platform, supporting other teams when needed.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical or marketing field (preferred)
  • 8+ years experience in display advertising, online marketing, and social marketing from an ad operations department (ABSOLUTE MUST)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to set goals and work towards them 
  • An understanding of analytical software (example: Double Click, Atlas, Media Mind and Google Analytics)
  • Experience working for consumer internet brands, advertising agencies and major B2C brands
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret in-depth analyses, uncover actionable insight and effectively communicate to the broader organization
  • A strong understanding of display marketing technologies and their technical capabilities
  • A strong mentality for problem-solving
  • Out of the box thinking (a must!)
