The Job:

At Ticketmaster, we are building "The Operating System for Live Entertainment." And our Operating System must be mobile and an industry leader. We need a rockstar mobile technology leader to take our mobile products to the next level. Over the past 4 years our Mobile channels have reached close to 50% market share and are generating close to $1BN / year in revenue. As the Director / Snr. Director of mobile engineering at Ticketmaster, you’ll be responsible for setting direction for mobile engineering and product development. You’ll work with a team of highly skilled, impassioned engineers who are eager to grow and eager to ship product.

•   DevOps:You build it, you ship it, you run it, including apps.

•   Continuous Delivery:Shipping our apps every 2-3 weeks across five markets is our baseline. We’ve created an environment where we ship product incrementally and put value in the hands of the fan sooner.

•   Test Driven Development: Guide your implementation by testing to get high test coverage, high quality and design simplicity.

•   Behavior Driven Development: Use BDD to make sure your Product meets requirements and so that we can regress quickly.

•   Continuous Improvement: Train yourself and the team.

•   Tech that Rocks: Latest iOS and Android technologies.

•   Real Fans get Real Tickets:We fight Robots to make sure our tickets go to humans!

•   Quality: Expert in maintaining the highest quality product while moving quickly
