We’re searching for a Head of Audience Growth to partner up with our awesome internal Driving Line Content team. We’re constantly looking to feature new and exciting content and we need your help making sure as many people as possible have a chance to see it.
In between social engagement and strategy, there will be you – using your talent to connect automotive enthusiasts with the content that speaks to them the most. You’ll also have an opportunity to enjoy some of the industry’s biggest events including SEMA, King of the Hammers, national car shows, various racing events and unique builds.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a partner. Collaboration with the Content team on viral content creation.
- Master strategic planning. You’ll need to create and own this.
- Advise. We’ll count on you to recommend future content based on campaign data.
- Be a promoter. You’ll need to boost engagement, target running ads and promote content through all of our social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Enhance the social experience. You’ll need to create clickable posts for our clients’ social media accounts which will include post copy (headlines, tagline) and creative images.
- Tap into your innovative side. You’ll be in charge of proposing ideas for social media growth and expansion.
- Be in the know about trends. We’ll expect you to stay up to date with digital trends and assist our content team in understanding the data.
- Take the lead on analysis. Analyze content data on campaign performance and make improvements as needed.
- Be a true influencer. We’ll count on you to master relationship management and outreach to our clients and their audience.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Good judgement. Understand where people go to find content and what they’d like to see.
- You are always in the know. You stay on top of the latest trends and content consumption.
- You are great at leveraging ads to target different groups.
- You are meticulous and always thorough in all that you do.
- You are your own personal spelling and grammar check. You have to understand when to use specific punctuation marks and the difference between the different spelling of words.
- You do things intentionally. You need to present thoughtfully researched and forward-thinking decisions.
- You are a risk taker. You are comfortable trying new things and bouncing back if they do not work out as planned.
- You are intuitive. Your intuition helps you to notice small trends and opportunities that can be capitalized on.
- You are all about big picture execution. You can quickly move from ideation to action planning in no time.
