SUMMARY

Sweety High is hiring an experienced Director of Audience to drive mobile and platform growth for our company. This stakeholder will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s core marketing strategy as it pertains to paid and earned user acquisition, retention and monetization across web, apps and social platforms. The role will report directly to the CEO. 

The ideal candidate for this position will be steeped in all the most vital UA methodologies, tools and strategies. This includes leveraging IP, talent, influencers and partnerships to achieve aggressive CPA, CPV and CPC numbers while utilizing social media, trends and publishing reach and frequency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute overall acquisition and growth strategy focused on paid and earned mobile, web and social growth leveraging our proprietary IP and distinct network of talent  
  • Set and track to key KPI’s for acquisition, retention and monetization on web, mobile and social properties tied to ROI and LTV
  • Drive publishing best practices for growth through focused reach and frequency
  • Implement, track and grow SEO and SEM strategies for all web content and app store releases
  • Develop, launch, and manage partnership programs - including content partnerships, brand partnerships and social partnerships - to drive user acquisition conversions and monetization
  • Work with the our social media team to grow all major social channels and convert users to Sweety High
  • Deliver on core digital marketing strategies that drive business KPI’s and aid in revenue generation across platforms
  • Develop and help implement key product and campaign strategies that optimize engagement, create virality and activate large-scale partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years in digital acquisition marketing with a proven track record of growth results
  • Experience creating and executing user acquisition marketing plans focused on analytics-based optimization
  • Keen understanding of all current acquisition, analytics and growth tools and strategies across web and mobile
  • Ability to manage both in-house and third party marketing teams against budget and time constraints
  • Experience negotiating media buys and managing advertising creators and materials
  • Experience working with key stakeholders in product, engineering, publishing and sales departments to activate growth strategies with a constant feedback loop to achieve macro growth and monetization goals
  • Love to work in a fast paced, start-up environment with a great attitude and a thoughtful attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree +
