We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help lead our online acquisition marketing efforts. You will be empowered with the resources you need to succeed, and both the autonomy and support to help make it happen... DAY TO DAY

  • Support the Growth Marketing team overseeing multiple acquisition channels for MeUndies with the objective of scaling new customer acquisition and membership
  • Develop channel strategies that align with business objectives and insights
  • Identify key audience segments and craft distinct strategies to maximize conversions
  • Analyze acquisition channel performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to identify trends and develop optimization strategies
  • Continuously ideate and execute new strategies and tactics within paid channels
  • Manage A/B testing schedule across channels
  • Oversee landing page optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide performance feedback
  • Work closely with external agency team to optimize and scale paid channels
  • Identify and vet new potential partners for testing
  • Monitor pacing against overall monthly KPIs

YOU

  • Have 5-7 years of online marketing experience heavily focused on acquisition, ideally in a startup and/or e-commerce environment. Subscription experience also a plus!
  • Have experience driving strategy for customer acquisition and managing significant budgets across multiple paid marketing channels
  • Have analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
  • Are an expert in Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • Have experience with Google Analytics and other relevant web analytics tools
  • Have conversion rate optimization experience and have worked with landing page optimization tools
  • Have experience analyzing and optimizing against cross-channel attribution metrics
  • Are super analytical, data-driven, and quantitative -- but you never lose sight of the big picture
  • Work well coordinating and communicating with various internal and external teams
  • Have a test and learn mentality and are excited at the prospect of testing new channels, strategies, and tactics
  • Have experience as a manager and enjoy fostering professional growth
  • Have a sense of humor. That would be great.
