The Opportunity
Friendbuy is rapidly growing and we’re expanding our Client Success team. We’re looking for a front-end developer with an eye for design to build consumer facing referral campaigns for our biggest clients.
Friendbuy’s technology can drive as much as 25% of customer acquisition for our clients. Your work will be prominently featured on the highest volume e-commerce sites in the world. We’re looking for a customer-centric developer who’s excited about delivering amazing UX to millions of users.

How We Work
We’re located in the brand new WeWork in West Hollywood. We have a spacious outdoor terrace for you to hang out and enjoy the SoCal weather. There’s beer on tap, coffee, community events throughout the week, and plenty of walkable lunch spots.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies
- Experience with modern web frameworks
- Expertise in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Passion for front-end design and UX
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Collaborate with Design and Customer Success Teams to build referral campaigns resulting in optimum design and usability
- Convert mockups into flexible code that will be implemented on client websites
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that referral campaigns render well across multiple devices
- Multitask and manage multiple projects with varying priorities under defined deadlines
We work hard and strive for excellence, but we also know how to kick back and enjoy the journey. On Friendbuy Fridays we shut it down a little early and hit the patio with beer & wine to socialize with our co-workers and the other startups in our brand new WeWork building.
