We're looking for a rockstar Experiential Coordinator Intern to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important activations from conception through completion, communicating with vendors and partners, coordinating deliverables, and onsite production.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliverables with vendors
• Manage organized spreadsheets and documents
• Research and purchase production items within budget
• Maintain stock of event supplies
• Help set up, work, and take down activations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in experiential planning or other related fields
• Strong project managing skills
• Hustler who wants to learn and grow
• Super deadline and detail-oriented
• Proactive and self driven
• Ability to work well in teams
