Summary:

As Procore’s Enterprise Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that Procore’s Research and Development (R&D) team successfully executes strategic partnerships with Enterprise customers. Procore has a customer-centric development culture, which leads to us starting a lot of projects where we work hand-in-hand with our customers to develop our products. These projects require a lot of back and forth - meetings, action items, communication - and with all of that back and forth, it’s important we maintain clarity on next steps, and what the scope of these partnerships entail. This is where you come in.

This position is based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This role requires 15-25% domestic travel. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain scoping documents, or statement of work (SOW’s), that ensure alignment between Procore’s R&D team and the customer


• Maintain consistent and clear communication over the lifecycle of the partnership


• Schedule and manage meetings and agendas for discovery, update and demo calls


• Aggregate project status updates from Procore’s R&D teams, and prepare communications to customer


• Create schedules and roadmaps that help give customer visibility into project timelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous project or program management experience


• Prior experience in the construction or construction technology industry preferred


• Previous experience with a software or consulting company preferred


• Prior experience in software engineering, or an education in computer science, preferred


• Prior experience in construction ERP solution implementations specifically for ENR 150 companies preferred


• Strong communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and autonomously with a variety of audiences


• Strong writing skills, demonstrating an ability to prepare professional multi-page documents that would be consumed easily by executives
