We are looking for a self starter to grow Aspiration's customer base through strategic, growth-focused partnerships with other companies, leveraging Aspiration’s unique mission as a “banking and investment firm with a conscience" that is built for everyone.

Key position requirements: 
* Proven ability in creating revenue-generating partnership deals with both high growth startups in key West and East coast startup hubs, and with larger, established companies (e.g. Fortune 500 retailers, e-commerce cos.) 
* Ability to strategically develop and prioritize partnership targets based on factors such as potential revenue opportunity, mission/brand fit, and speed to market 
* Mission-aligned, strategic thinker, with the ability to identify segments and audiences that would be good partnership targets 
* Strong business networking skills, with the ability to rapidly build relationships with key decision makers 
* Ability to work with partners to negotiate and manage performance-focused deals 
* Track record of achieving and exceeding goals 
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 
* Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external resources to ensure partnership success 
* Creative and resourceful, with the ability to imagine and convince others of a strategic vision 
* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
* Effective at managing multiple ongoing projects 
* A doer - you do what it takes to achieve our goals, whether it’s networking to reach a decision maker, developing a strategic plan, or writing email copy for a partnership announcement 
* Results-driven

Nice-to-have: 
* 3+ years experience working in developing performance-focused partnerships at a fast-growing technology company or startup
