Why is the Technology team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s technology team is leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm focusing on health and fitness. They provide consumer-facing eCommerce experiences and high traffic CRM for our Coach network users which are supported by enterprise applications for Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Director, Product Management?

• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key Supply Chain and R&D stakeholders to align on vision, business objectives and desired key results for Beachbody’s Supply Chain and R&D technology stack that would inform Product requirements and priorities for future releases.
• Collaborating with our Supply Chain and R&D leaders to identify, size and prioritize technology opportunities to support their areas of responsibility. Also measure success and ROI of Supply Chain and R&D technology initiatives. 
• Partnering closely with Engineering to drive the Supply Chain and R&D technology roadmap.Maintain and manage the product roadmap and Discovery Backlog for Beachbody’s Supply Chain and R&D technology initiatives, per agreed-upon priorities with stakeholders and Delivery teams.  
• Be able to (in)validate hypotheses through user tests/interviews, rapid prototyping or analysis, as well as drive execution of new features concepts; writing business cases, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Be part of an Enterprise Applications Product Management team and work collaboratively with Finance, HR, Order Management and Customer Care product managers.

• a BA / BS degree in a related field; MBA a plus, with 8 plus years of experience in a Supply Chain technology leadership role. Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and driving multiple concurrent projects to success.
• Technology Product Management experiences a plus (discovery, stakeholder liaison, prioritization, requirements writing, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain choices and tradeoffs of potential solutions to problems weighing business goals, user needs and technical feasibility and effort to achieve intended outcomes. Strong business acumen, strategic planning, analytical and quantitative skills required.
• Specific experience in systems supporting high volume outbound freight logistics desired. International Supply Chain system rollout experience desired. Experience with both demand and supply planning systems desired. Deep experience with Oracle EBS supply chain (or equivalent ERP supply chain platform) required; with functional knowledge of Procure to Pay and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology is required; experience with continuous discovery and delivery is a plus.
