Director, Online Marketing

Job Description
        

 We are looking for a team leader to develop and execute a clearly defined digital growth strategy for 2016. The Director of Online Marketing will lead and mentor an experienced and growing digital marketing team managing programs for Affiliates, Paid Search, SEO, Display and more.  You will be responsible for optimizing and reporting on the performance of the entire digital portfolio in order to drive online and offline sales.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Manage a current team of four (4); help establish monthly goals and reach them.
  • Oversee and hands-on management of SEM and other marketing campaigns.
  • Manage online media relationships, which include contract negotiations, creative development, and implementation.
  • Analyze ROI and oversee other relevant reporting activities.
  • Prospect and test new online traffic sources.
  • Work collaboratively with entire marketing department (Product, Content, Design, etc.) and with cross-department counterparts (Engineering, Legal, Sales) to grow digital programs.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years experience in Online Marketing, with heavy emphasis in managing moderate to large scale paid search programs (Google, Yahoo, etc.).
  • Experience in leading and growing high contributing teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills.
  • Comfortable delegating and being hands-on with numerous digital marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization.
  • Have a can-do attitude with very strong initiative.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives.
  • Amazing interpersonal communication skills.
  • BS/BA degree required, Masters is a plus.
