Output is currently seeking a Director of Marketing to drive revenue growth, lead marketing strategy, and manage day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Define, create and manage sales and marketing strategies to drive and grow revenue
  
• Define and manage online advertising strategies and campaigns in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Adwords and additional services
  
• Along with key stakeholders, manage Output website for most effective product marketing and ecommerce practices
  
• Manage and lead content creation efforts for social media, video and the blog
  
• Define and lead product launch marketing efforts
  
• Define and lead email marketing and list growing efforts
  
• Manage and lead sales at Output Dealers worldwide
  
• Manage and grow relationships with Output Artists
  
• Maintain and grow relationships with the press community for consistent press coverage and product reviews
  
• Analyze all available data to inform your marketing strategies and decisions
  
• Provide marketing reports and analyses to company leadership
  
• Manage and lead sales and marketing team members
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• A blend of cultural awareness, analytic capabilities and technical knowledge
  
• At least 5 years experience in ecommerce and marketing
  
• Understanding of Google Analytics
  
• Expert level experience with Facebook Ads and other online advertising services
  
• A musician with an understanding of music production is a plus
  
• Bachelors degree required
