PatientPop is looking for an experienced Local SEO to guide PatientPop’s product, operations, and content marketing teams with regards to local marketing strategy and execution, training, and thought leadership.


Are you driven to define a new category of software for the healthcare industry? At PatientPop, we’re building the first Practice Growth Platform for healthcare - an all-in-one platform to help independent practices grow, modernize their patient experience, and streamline their front office. PatientPop integrates with leading Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management Platforms, where our role is to manage the patient journey from first impression to the examining room, and to pick-up again after treatment is complete to nurture and recall the patient when the time is right.


With regards to Local Marketing, PatientPop’s platform powers web presence, website, reputation, social media, and PPC advertising for healthcare practices, in addition to offering an integrated suite of tools for helping patients access healthcare more efficiently - such as online scheduling, digital registration, appointment reminders, and patient recall.


Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with product/engineering and CEO to define products to improve marketing performance

  • Own web presence (citations) strategy and execution

  • Own on-site optimization strategy and execution

  • Own reputation management strategy and execution

  • Own social media strategy and execution

  • Collaborate with product/ engineering on analytics strategy

  • Collaborate with product/engineering on patient recall strategy

  • Collaborate with PPC team on paid advertising strategy

  • Train sales and operations team on Local Marketing strategies and tactics

  • Work closely with our marketing team to build your personal brand and PatientPop’s brand as thought leaders in local, SMB, and healthcare marketing

  • Contribute to inaugural Practice Growth conference, bringing together top local and healthcare marketing leaders


Desired Skills and Experience



  • 5 years of Local SEO experience

  • Expert in citations and Google My Business processes and best practices

  • Expert in on-site optimization

  • Some training experience preferred

  • Public speaking experience a plus

  • Personal brand within Local Marketing circles a plus

  • Google Top Contributor experience a plus
