As our Director of Demand Generation, you will report to our newly hired VP of Marketing and will establish scalable demand generation strategy for a B2B SaaS business entering an accelerated growth stage. Experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of building high-performance teams and measuring results is important for this role. Successful individuals will be results-driven and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of acquisition marketing. Experience with online marketing and optimizing conversion rates through the funnel is essential. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up and see it grow quickly!
Success Factors:
  • Deliver on business metrics including social reach, web conversions, all stages of leads, resultant opportunities, and generated revenue.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all lead generation, nurturing, and customer marketing.
  • Own relationship with sales and forge strong communications and service level agreement (SLA) between marketing and sales.
  • Work with marketing automation and finance to build demand generation models and forecast performance. Measure performance against forecast, adjusting model over time.
  • Present strategies, plans, and results to senior management and the company.
Capabilities:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B campaign design and demand generation and 5+ years successfully managing both Demand Gen and Marketing Ops teams. 
  • You possess a strong understanding of all digital acquisition channels, including display, search, social, lead buys, and content sponsorships.
  • Proven success at event sponsorships/marketing.
  • You have a love of measurable marketing and have analyzed campaign performance and identified actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition.
