Why is the Security Team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s legal team is tasked with mitigating risk so we can continue to fight the epidemic of obesity in North America. This critically-important team oversees contracts and compliance and ensures that the company is successful as it grows.    

What you will be doing at Beachbody as a Director Application Security?

• Designing security features and engineering security solutions for Beachbody services
• Identifying security flaws in websites, applications, and cloud services and explaining vulnerability remediation to stakeholders
• Developing tools to test, monitor and enforce security across Beachbody applications
• Monitoring and researching security vulnerability disclosures and creating effective solutions

• A passion about security and protecting our customers.
• An undergraduate degree in a technology or business field required with 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of and belief in the topics of secure development lifecycle, threat modeling, and web application security assessments.
• Knowledge and skill with security testing methodologies, including fuzzing, source code analysis,  web application vulnerabilities and attack methods such as CSRF, XSS, SQL injection, etc.
