What we're looking for:

A Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive lead generation for specific Procore products by implementing a comprehensive direct marketing plan, including channels with email, social, display, content syndication, digital sponsorships, and other channels as appropriate. Collaborate closely with the Industry experts to identify and develop new and existing markets, work closely with Content strategists to refine messaging through continuous testing and feedback, and implement full funnel engagement programs that will increase sales cycle velocity.

Summary:

Responsible for a hands-on role in the creation, implementation, management and evaluation of B2B marketing campaigns. Work closely with the Content team, Product Marketing, and Industry experts to launch initiatives within deadlines across multiple channels. Have a deep understanding of the campaign channels available to generate demand and the systems required to effectively reach potential prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, deploy and measure marketing demand generation activities that increase product awareness and ultimately drive new business.
• Oversee the following marketing channels: Email, Paid listing, Social, Display, Content Syndication, and other Digital advertising opportunities.
• Define and monitor intended marketing campaign success and report the results.
• Monitor alignment between source reporting and in-house CRM for quality assurance.
• Launch and A/B test channels, ad creative, copy and landing pages to optimize conversion.
• Through mastery of channels, can identify new opportunities to improve conversions, report the results and make recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years digital or direct marketing experience.
• Experience in managing numerous campaigns simultaneously (experience in product development and awareness is a plus).
• Managed multiple marketing channels; Social, Display, Content Syndication, referral partners (SEO and Adwords is a plus).
• Experience in email marketing (HTML/CSS skills is a plus).
• Understands design ‘best practices’ to optimize for conversions, initiate and manage AB tests, provide results and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
• 2-5 years Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other automation tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through; is comfortable within a fast paced work environment and short deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in marketing, business, communications or a related field).
