PatientPop - the first Practice Growth Platform serving the healthcare industry - helps practices grow, modernize their patient experience, and streamline their front-office. The company's SaaS platform manages the patient journey from first impression to the examining room, and picks-up again after treatment is complete to nurture and recall patients when the time is right.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to strategize, create, and implement marketing programs to drive qualified opportunities and revenue. In this role you will be asked to manage a wide range of marketing activities across both online and offline channels including email, display advertising, SEM, events, direct mail, and content syndication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Program Development: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies to increase visibility, brand recognition and drive lead/user acquisition across online, paid advertising channels.
  • Program Optimization: Continually test and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and conversions using A/B and multivariate testing models.
  • Program Reporting: Identify and track key program/campaign metrics, and provide analysis to demonstrate goal achievement and areas of optimization.
  • Program Management: Responsibility for planning, purchasing and budgetary control of all online, paid advertising programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

The successful candidate will have familiarity and experience managing a wide range of both inbound and outbound marketing programs. Ideally you will have experience marketing a SaaS or web-based solution in a B2B or B2C environment.

 Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:

  • 3+ years of experience managing online & offline marketing programs with a focus in database marketing or user acquisition activities.
  • A sound understanding of lead and revenue funnel management best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of managing campaigns and building reports in Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Advanced knowledge of building programs and workflows in Pardot or similar Marketing Automation software.
  • Experience in a rapid growth, fast paced environment with a demonstrated history of goal setting and achievement.
  • Metric-driven and highly analytical with an ability to approach marketing from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective.

 EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
