We are looking for an Digital Marketing Manager to grow our evolving ZAML platform business.  You will own the strategy across all digital marketing channels to to generate leads and awareness in support of the ZAML sales process.. You should understand all levers that could drive digital marketing goals and be able to use data to identify the highest impact levers.  If you like challenging old systems and want to bring fair and transparent credit to everyone, then we want to hear from you.

In this role you will:

  • Plan, manage, and execute performance-based digital marketing strategies in support of the ZAML sales cycle
  • Be responsible for the day to day management of the online marketing programs, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, measurement, and reporting for online marketing performance
  • Continuously experiment with new strategies and tactics to increase the efficiency and scalability of existing digital marketing efforts
  • Develop, monitor and communicate analytical frameworks to capture the value and performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement marketing analytics and attribution tools to makes sure we have high quality data for validating return on marketing spend
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer conversion
  • Drive operational excellence cross-functionally to deliver timely and successful launches 

We are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree followed by 5+ years growth marketing experience delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on consumer and/or B2B marketing
  • Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization to establish clear measures of success and build compelling stories with data
  • Ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create effective messaging and tell compelling stories about our products and business to any audience – whether it’s our consumers, internal team, or industry at large
  • Possess an entrepreneurial and founder mindset, ready to take on tasks outside of role with strong agility to change and to be flexible/resilient
