Laurel & Wolf is looking for a savvy Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition across paid social and display channels. The ideal candidate will have deep, working knowledge of Facebook advertising best practices, an analytical mindset, and the drive to exceed individual and company goals.
Responbilities:
  • Develop, deploy, analyze and provide comprehensive reporting for paid social, display and other exploratory channels
  • Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the channel’s long-term strategy
  • Continually and actively search for new opportunities to grow the channel
  • Build and refine business processes to increase channel efficiency
  • Coordinate with acquisition, creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
  • Actively manage relationships with vendors to ensure campaign strategies are current, and build and leverage relationships for the purpose of continuing education, enrollment in beta programs, and gaining competitive insights and industry best practices
  • Clearly and succinctly communicate campaign results and analyses to leadership
  • Stay current with Facebook, display and overall digital marketing best practices
  • Exceed goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and strong understanding of direct response best practices
  • 2+ years of deep, hands-on Facebook campaign management experience, and a strong perspective of what works for the channel: excellent working knowledge of preferred targeting and bidding capabilities in Ads Manager directly as well as working knowledge of 3rd party platform capabilities
  • Experience with working with large data sets and complex analyses
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter, ambitious, creative, and a team player
  • Startup experience a plus
