Strategic Responsibilities

  • Create online marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate strategic efforts with Marketing Director
  • Assist in managing social media platforms to create engagement and provide awareness of WORLDZ
  • Measure/report analytics of each marketing effort
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analyze of customer data, current market conditions, and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Assist in expanding and developing digital marketing platforms
  • Research and forge strategic relationships with media and applicable associations for marketing to their constituents and users/readers

Tactical Responsibilities

  • Assist in building a tactical marketing calendar and execute the approved plan
  • Work with copywriter for marketing and social media efforts
  • Compose/route/edit/deploy email campaign marketing tactics
  • Post to social media channels as defined in marketing plan schedule
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Liaise with creative and all departments
  • Collaborate with data team (list pulls & deadlines)
  • Assist in monitoring email calendar/segments
  • Compose and manage content for social media platforms to create engagement and provide
  • Learn WORLDZ intimately and its relationship to the website, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and updating of the WORLDZ community website
  • Monitor web/ad analytics
  • Update and maintain reports on marketing campaign performance, cost, website metrics
  • Monitor, track, and report on search engine marketing metrics, including return on investment & trend analysis
  • Consult with creative teams to optimize on-page copy and landing pages for marketing efforts
  • Provide support on ad hoc internet marketing projects as needed.

Job/Skill Requirements

  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in all aspects of executing & implementing marketing strategies
  • High level of digital marketing proficiency: organic and paid
  • Relevant experience in customer and market research
  • Event marketing experience a huge plus
  • Experience with Salesforce database, automation & digital marketing tools
  • Web content management and digital advertising experience
  • Thorough understanding of Google Analytics
  • Copywriting and copy-editing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus; proficiency and comfort with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize,
