As a Designer at Within, you will be responsible for helping drive the design direction on the Within virtual reality, mobile and web platforms, original interactive content, and other marketing projects. You should understand typography, layout, interface design, user experience, art direction and the mobile/VR space to produce the best work in VR. You are also a strong communicator and quick thinker and feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process; from concept to execution. You’ll have a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in VR, interface design, and interactive.

• Join the team that is responsible for the look & feel of everything across the Within platforms
• Partner with creative directors, designers, animators and developers to create and implement effective designs across a variety of virtual reality experiences and projects.

• Produce effective designs in the VR, mobile & interactive space
• Work closely with our Creative Director to support the team throughout the execution of all projects, campaigns, and company materials
• Offer creative input and share ideas
• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within a design team
• Ability to see projects through from inception to production
• Production design skills for web and/or interactive
