We are looking for a database systems specialist to join our growing world-class organization! We are looking for someone with expert Salesforce skills who can bring a suite of best practices and proven experience to the organization, who is passionate, motivated, driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. This person will design/architect, review, implement, sync to other platforms, and maintain the company’s databases and data collection processes for its PTTOW! and WORLDZ communities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Database: Develop data model describing data elements and how they are used following procedures and input from company staff resources to meet established guidelines.
  • Integration: Develop methods for integrating different databases to expand standardize the data source and the availability of data companywide.
  • Data capture/Data prep: Manage input of data from multiple sources into database to generate standardized monthly reports used to track the event registration lifecycle from application/nomination through marketing through on-site credentials
  • Software: Salesforce expert; deep marketing automation experience
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures for database management.
  • Ability to develop analytics using demographic and demand data.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

This individual will works under very general guidance with respect to overall objectives and while the environment is highly collaborative, work is usually quite independent of others.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required and at least five years of demonstrated experience in a related field. Must have advanced training and knowledge of relational database programs (Salesforce), and excellent organizational skills. Must have demonstrated ability to develop queries, macros, and reports based on criteria developed by management. Must have demonstrated ability to develop reports to meet specialized needs of management. Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization, as well as with diverse individuals outside the company. Must have the ability to develop effective working relationships.
