As a Data Infrastructure Engineer at Procore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key components of the company’s data platform. You’ll be working with teams across the company as we build a modern data platform to deliver actionable insight and a single source of truth. Your work will have an immediate impact on decision-making at Procore.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement production data pipelines and systems for processing data sets
• Ownership of data quality and lineage for core financial and business data sources
• Investigate applicability of new products and technologies to our data platform
• Encourage collaborative software engineering best practices – code review, unit testing, continuous integration, infrastructure as code

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years working in a similar role 
• Advanced proficiency in a modern programming language (Python, Scala, Ruby, Java, etc)
• Experience with version control, deployment management, and cloud services
  
  • We use: Git, Terraform, AWS
• Demonstrated experience delivering ETL pipelines and analytics projects
• Advanced expertise in SQL
• Spark experience a plus
