Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, finance or other programming related fields from a top tier school

Must possess basic knowledge in DB and SQL programming

Must possess basic knowledge in web and application programming 

Must be familiar with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) concept

Ability to identify non-obvious solutions to complex problems

Programming ability statistical software

Preferably has a basic understanding in statistics, machine learning modeling techniques

Preferably is familiar with the concept of test-driven development and code review
