The Honest Company’s Creative team is looking for a Data Asset Manager! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of digital assets including product images, video, audio and all others required to support digital platforms for both Honest Classic and Honest Beauty. You’ll manage the complete lifecycle of our digital assets and be the point of contact for all internal teams when assets are needed. What you’ll do:

• Manage all assets and organize them using our folder structure, making links available for all teams in need
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy models, evaluating possible changes on an ongoing basis
• Act as a liaison with Art Directors, Producer, Photographer and Retouchers
• Send out images and file all incoming retouched assets to the digital asset management (DAM) system
• Act as champion of the DAM system for Honest as the primary expert/superuser of the system
• Act as administrator of the DAM system, providing technical support and troubleshooting services to users including managing permissions and third-party access requests
• Monitor the needs of the organization and DAM system usage and capabilities to ensure that it continually meets the evolving needs of The Honest Company

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (focus in information systems or other relevant discipline preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining a DAM and/or managing digital assets
• Ability to maintain and evolve DAM systems and protocols
• Experience working with numerous file formats and various types of digital media
