We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Product team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of CRM, this position will be responsible for creating and executing email, push notification and in-app messaging campaigns. In this role you will:

• Own end-to-end campaign production: pre-production, development, execution, and reporting
• Execute email, push notification and in-app messaging campaigns
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely deployment of campaigns
• Own day-to-day communication with internal clients
• Monitor CRM dashboards and report findings with the team
• Execute and report results of A/B and multivariate tests
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity

We're looking for:

• 2+ years of CRM experience (preferably with list sizes 150,000+)
• Experience with enterprise level CRM platform (Leanplum, Appboy, Urban Airship)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with other departments
• Proficient in HTML, MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep up with a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for collaboration and working in a team environment
