ROLE SUMMARY: 
DSC is searching for creative operational support for our Brand Identity and Digital teams. This role will be charged with handling both account management and project management tasks. The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating proper workflow including resource assignments, prioritization of daily tasks, project planning, stakeholder communications, and overall day-to-day management of assigned project work.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Daily project management for Brand Identity creative team:
  • Assigning daily task prioritization and keeping team on track for milestones
  • Facilitating operational meetings, both internal and external
  • Building, maintaining, and communicating project timelines
  • Making recommendations for effective and manageable resourcing for incoming work
  • Enabling an efficient creative review process, including both internal and external teams
  • Consolidating creative feedback and effectively communicating changes to creative team
  • Building stakeholder relationships and deploying effective communication skills
  • Proofreading and QAing work to ensure creative standards are met before stakeholder review and final delivery of assets
  • Representing Brand Identity creative team in cross-departmental meetings
Project management support for Digital creative team:
  • Implementing and managing an effective process for working copy into digital design work
  • Centralizing key digital design updates that impact other areas of work for creative team
  • Managing milestones between UX & Digital Design
  • Collaborating with Digital Product team for PM assistance where needed
Additional:
  • Support for overall team health and operations. Includes organizing team meetings, meals and events, ordering supplies, sourcing production materials, etc.
  • Reviewing internal creative processes and identifying optimizations where needed. May be asked to steward changes and/or research industry best practices

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • 3-5+ years of creative project and account management for brand identity development (i.e., visual identity, style guides, packaging, print collateral). Able to provide examples of total project ownership from start to finish
  • Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, or similar
  • Experience with Basecamp, JIRA, MS Project, SmartSheet, or similar project management platforms
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Full cross-functional communication abilities, including third party vendors and legal representatives
