RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive the creative elements of all marketing campaigns (advertising, graphic design, branding initiatives, etc.)
- Help direct the online brand identity of a leading B2B SaaS provider
- Take ownership of branding strategy and tactical planning
- Manage a design team to conceptualize, plan, and produce external-facing collateral including sales slicks, web site, and other collateral
- Solidify EdgeCast’s industry positioning, logo, brand character, and target audience
- Become an expert on all EdgeCast products/services, as well as the market, the competitive landscape, customer pain points, customer purchasing process, EdgeCast products and services, including SWOT analyses and key differentiators in order to effectively manage and evolve the brand
- Focus on company brand awareness and identity through multiple channels
- Sales enablement: create presentations, collateral, etc. as needed for specific audiences. Develop and manage the look and feel for all collateral, co-marketing materials (Templates for: case studies, customer testimonials, sales sheets, etc.)
- Build and manage a team of web and print designers and scale to meet EdgeCast’s demanding in-house design requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 7-10 years experience branding a successful SaaS, cloud or network company; creative agency experience a plus
- Direct experience with - and a basic technical understanding of - content delivery networks and global Internet infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to align strategies with tactics and manage/orchestrate team resources to a timeline/deadline
- Experience in managing creative workers and the creative process
- Outstanding communications skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
- Strong project management skills: Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects with the ability to effectively prioritize
