Responsibilities:
- Manages all requirements for content launch across the Within platform including:
- Collaborating with content creators and engineering team to determine technical feasibility of distribution on all of our platforms
- Defining any feature requirements and working with product manager on implementation plan
- Overseeing content launch calendar
- Creates and executes innovative strategies and marketing plans for content launches with the goal of driving awareness and views. To include:
- Developing and overseeing launch strategy
- Identifying appropriate events
- Creating campaigns
- Manages communications and works closely with content creators to:
- Gather required primary and secondary assets for content launch, marketing and featuring opportunities
- Obtain final approvals
- Complete terms of distribution deal with our legal team
- Deliver analytics reports as requested
- Partners with PR, Content and BD teams to finalize content positioning and copy across all of our marketing channels (product and website, social, email, store promotions, etc.)
- Use data about customer behavior and marketing tactics to better inform our communication and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing and/or product management
- Experience with project management
- Strong writing skills
Optional, but a major plus:
- Experience in a start-up
