What you’ll do:
- Content creation and review – writing and/or editing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials and additional material
- Community relations – assist with customer support & responding to individuals in a professional manner, coordinating solutions, and managing online feedback
- Assisting the execution of various daily tasks in multiple digital marketing channels: PPC, Facebook/IG, Email, content marketing and more
- Assistance with day-to-day management of social media channels and online branding initiatives
- Daily KPI reporting and marketing analytics
What you need to succeed:
- Demonstrated ability developing on-brand messaging that best represents the brand’s voice and tone
- Strong teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree, completed or in progress
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, online research, and project management.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills in a variety of voices
- Meticulous proof-reading skills
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
Bonus:
- Passion for and knowledge of the automotive industry and ability to provide insights on industry trends
- Experience using Umbraco, Wordpress and other content platforms
