The Client Services Intern position will be located in either SF, LA, NYC or San Antonio. The purpose of this role is to bring additional value to our client(s) and improve our operational performance while developing strategic thinking skills with real-world applications.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Complete an Insight Analytics project for (1) strategic account to be determined at time of onboarding.
- Project will include a deep dive analysis of agent workflows and TaskUs processes to develop data-driven recommendations on how TaskUs (or client) can improve operational KPIs and/or optimize processes through technology; automation or augmentation of agent tasks.
Skills:
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to complex problems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (or equivalent; i.e. GoogleSheets)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present in front of an audience
- Ability to function in a dynamic environment with minimal direction
- Experience with data analysis (plus)
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Business, Entrepreneurship, and/or Marketing majors preferred
- Junior or Senior preferred
