JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for pragmatic programmers who can help us execute new technology project. This is a newly developed team and as such, you will have a large impact on its technical direction.  You’ll be building the software and tools to help all facets of our company - including risk, marketing, and operations - scale more efficiently as we grow. You will have immediate ownership of tasks including third party service integrations, large-scale data transformations, and internal web application development.

If you worked here in the last month, you would have:

• Built a data pipeline to give our product team access to mobile data in our data warehouse
• Architected the customer topology of our graph database to help identify fraudulent applicants
• Integrated a third party API into our web application to improve loan applicant verification
• Built a library to run automated compliance checks that saved hundreds of man hours

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven
• Thrives in unstructured environments
• Previous experience with web application frameworks (Django, Rails, etc), languages (Python, Ruby), and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)
• Experience working with third party APIs and large scale datasets
