As a member of the OpenX yield team, you will play an integral role in maximizing revenue for the publishers who use our products. In short, this means that you will execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to translate data into decisions. Help us decide which ad to serve when and at what price. Specific duties are described in more detail below. 
Responsibilities: 

• Maintain ownership of revenue performance for assigned publishers, providing analytical support on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis
• Develop optimal strategies for balancing the risk and return of non-guaranteed revenue platforms, including RTB-enabled ad exchanges and traditional ad networks, against guaranteed campaigns
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create financial models, tools and reporting interfaces that will provide a platform for decision making
• Work closely with ad operations, data and business development teams to coordinate a holistic approach to revenue optimization
• On-board new demand partners into existing monetization stacks

Skills/Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years of analytical work experience in yield optimization or account management for digital media companies, consulting firms, investment banks or corporate finance/strategic planning departments
• Strong problem solving and business modeling skills with ability to form key, succinct insights and recommendations from comprehensive analyses
• Strong communicator with the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients and internal teams across many job functions
• Expert level knowledge of Excel
• Self-starter and extremely proactive with a strong bias for action; naturally inquisitive; desire to continuously improve current business practices/processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced environment
