Associate Product Manager - Analytics & Reporting
You will collaborate with customers, analytics, and internal stakeholders to shape key product initiatives, gather requirements, and translate them into product specifications. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure products/features are created to spec and on schedule.

About Your Responsibilities:
- Interface with relevant stakeholders to gather and document detailed product (desktop & mobile) requirements
- Participate in customer testing of product betas/product prototypes
- Serve as the support contact for customer reporting in all markets
- Create bug tickets in Jira
- Work with Marketing on internal/external communication
- Work with UX to design new reports (or enhancements to existing reports)
- Create/Update product documentation
- Manage other product management tasks as assigned
- 1-2 years of direct product management experience with direct experience working alongside Agile product development teams
- Comfortable with both the front end (web/mobile) and back end aspects of gathering product requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Customer-centric focus
- Experience with Marketing and/ or Reporting products a big plus
- Ability to use data-driven and analytical approach to decision making
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics Finance or related field required.
- Strong communication skills to listen, engage, and present to numerous stakeholders including Customers, Sales, Service, and Product Development teams
