Why is the Product Management Team important to Beachbody?

The Beachbody Product Management Team is comprised of talented Technology product managers responsible for the ongoing publishing, maintenance and optimization of our online properties. This dynamic team is responsible for managing products like Beachbody.com, Teambeachbody.com and our Beachbody LIVE! web properties.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as an Associate Product Manager?

• Maintain and manage specific portions of the BB.com backlog of user stories (per the direction of the Executive Director of Product, Beachbody.com) in a Web Producer role.
• Attend the Daily Stand Ups and the Sprint Planning.
• Develop User Stories based on the requirements (in Jira).
• Interface with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA and the Release Management Teams.
• Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Brand leads, UX, Creative Design, Scrum Masters, Engineering, QA and Operations.
• Manage and prioritize projects through the development cycle (per Senior Product Managers’ direction).

• BA / BS degree in related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of similar or related work experience within online and/or consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated track record of helping launch successful projects.
• Experience in defining and documenting product requirements.
• Online experience and familiarity with web analysis and related software preferred. Experience with Omniture tools is desirable.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written oral communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, customers and management.
• Experience with Agile is required.
