You'll be
- Learning pure software wizardry from Chris, Charlie and Mike; and helping us make our iOS apps bombproof

- Unshackled by conventional thinking and allowed to use cool tech to solve hard problems.
Your Roadmap
- First 6 months:
- Help build out our mobile application testing suite and learn the various tools and processes we use. If you are a quick learner, you'll be working on smaller self-contained features.

- Work on larger scale full features that touch more complex parts of the system.

- 12 Months and beyond:
- By this point, you should own some features, and also be making a name for yourself as a software engineering whiz.
To get you in the door, you should have
- A Computer Science Degree.
- Really great communication skills.
- A strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Have a passion for web & mobile technologies that borders on fanaticism, i.e. you dream in UTF-8.
An extra dose of “awesome” if you have
- A GitHub account or personal engineering blog.
- A pet project or two (that you can show us).
- An App in the AppStore.
