Associate Community Manager

We’re constantly pushing the boundaries of VR, and are looking for a Community Manager to help bring our vision and products to the world. As Community Manager, you will be the face of Survios and bridge the gap between our brand and our fans. You will be the driving force in building and fostering relationships between Survios and the passionate community of gamers and VR enthusiasts.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and executing promotion of Survios’s product and editorial content
- Managing community facing initiatives (email campaigns, contests, conventions, etc)
- Leading strategy, execution, and tracking of social media, blog content, and campaigns
- Developing strategies to increase community growth and brand recognition
- Coordinating with production, games, and marketing teams to bring features online
- Providing product demonstrations to our customers and the gaming/VR community
- Avid video game enthusiast who is active in the gaming community
- Excellent communication with regards to written, verbal, and on camera content
- Passion for public speaking and being on camera (can’t be shy!)
- Experience organizing and setting up community events for the gaming industry
- Experience writing social media narratives on various platforms
- Familiarity with game streaming platforms such as Twitch
- Experience with data analytics and metric tracking to monitor community growth
- Excellent storyteller with an ability to engage and inspire the community
- Experience promoting VR content/systems
- Active Twitch account with strong grasp of Twitch and video game streaming
- Experience with photo-editing and graphic design software (ie Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc)
- Experience with video-editing software (ie Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid, etc)
