What we’re looking for:

Hollar is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Analyst! The candidate must have strong analytical skills with an inherent ability to manipulate and understand large amounts of data. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner that is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Prior digital marketing experience a big plus. 

You’ll be in great company on Hollar's Marketing team if you’re a diligent and creative problem solver with a proven passion for analytics and eCommerce. If you’re comfortable analyzing large data sets, identifying actionable insights, and executing marketing initiatives, we’re searching for you.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build, optimize, and scale effective marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social, mobile, and other channels
  • Day-to-day management and execution of marketing campaigns (performance analysis, bid management, creative/copy testing, etc.)
  • Closely monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns on a daily basis to maintain and grow account performance
  • Collaborate with copywriting, design, and photography teams to develop and test new ad creative

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Excel user (vlookups and pivot tables a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
  • Strong inclination towards numbers and minimal errors
  • Knowledge of the search industry, engines, and tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Facebook Power Editor, Google AdWords and/or Bing Ads a plus
