Description

The AI LA Community is proud to present February's Third Thursday Tech Talk focused on AI's impact on entertainment and media.

How will artificial intelligence affect pre-production, content creation, content consumption, and user experiences?

RSVP REQUIRED: https://ai-content.eventbrite.com

We will ground our conversations with what is possible today, using real world examples. We will then explore how AI will be used more frequently as a tool in the creative and planning process.

How can data be used to make more informed decisions instead of relying on your gut?

We will also dive into more philosophical perspectives, such as how AI will open up new possibilities for reactive narratives, instead of today's branching narrative paradigm found in shows like Netflix's Black Mirror: Bandersnatch.

Come out with an open mind and your questions.

Speakers (more updates coming soon!)

Yves Bergquist - Director, AI & Neuroscience in Media Project, Entertainment Technology Center @ USC

Nathan Crockett - Data Engineer @ RivetAI
