This talk will serve as an introduction to free-to-play game economics, why and how they work, common objections to and misconceptions of free-to-play, and what you as a Product Manager can do to resolve those issues. More specifically, we will start with two interpretations of free-to-play, traditional view as a willingness to pay optimization, less traditional view of a time-for-money exchange.
