Define, implement and curate the customer facing, self-paced learning content while prioritizing competing initiatives.
Develop innovative solutions to knowledge and skill gaps through training and an advanced use of technology.
Develop high quality video and interactive content designed to eliminate gaps in user knowledge, and increase product adoption.
Act as primary contact regarding the day to day management, maintenance and administration of the learning management system (users, integrations, etc.).
Development of processes to standardize and curate content to continually meet user needs, e.g., managing content updates within LMS.
Measure success of content and resources to maximize adoption.
Proactively assess business initiatives and client needs to identify training opportunities and design the appropriate digital content for the need.
Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive content accuracy and consistency.
Maintains program documentation such as program plans, schedules and status reports; coordinates, communicates, and facilitates activities to keep program on schedule.
