We’re looking for a consumer-obsessed Head of Performance Marketing to lead all customer acquisition and retention strategies across the full funnel for MeUndies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating our channel expansion & optimization strategy, building out our efforts to deploy budget against customer / member acquisition goals, and refining our attribution modeling. You will also drive strategy and execution around engaging our customer base to drive repeat sales and loyalty..You’ll inherit and continue to build a team that executes across paid social, display, TV, direct mail, podcast, affiliate, email, paid influencer and media strategy / infrastructure. You’ll be encouraged to test, learn, take risks and bring our marketing efforts to the next level while also growing the budget significantly. We’re looking for folks passionate about lifecycle marketing, a willingness to geek out when it comes to consumer e-commerce behavior and the drive to leave no retention rock unturned.

Execute brand voice across all channels, including email, organic and paid social, offline collateral, PR, website, client services, and more. Uphold voice guidelines in all external communications, and consistently deliver thoughtful and compelling copy that’s true to brand DNA. Self copy-edit for spelling, grammar, and AP-style formatting. Work with Editor of Brand and creative team to ideate and produce story-driven narratives tailored to our KPIs and brand ethos. Work collaboratively across multiple departments, including Brand, Revenue, Product, and Operations.
