Own the strategy, build-out, and optimization of marketing activities focused on increasing revenue and retention.
Design the segmentation and nurture strategy for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from new business through upsell/expansion programs.
Partner with our self-serve product managers, product marketing and customer success teams to build programs to educate and activate users and prospects through in-product activation tactics, retargeting, email personalization, webinars and so on.
Ensure an integrated and seamless experience for the end user through strong alignment with self-serve, marketing, and sales team stakeholders.
Lead and build a team of Lifecycle Marketing Managers.
