The Sr. Brand Designer will own and evolve the HopSkipDrive brand and user experience across all non-product touchpoints. You will drive improvements to the information architecture, functionality, utility, and styling of our full range of branded assets including our public website and lead gen forms, landing pages, email templates, microsites, advertorial, interactive field marketing, trade show presence, sales enablement, and more. As a leader on a marketing team responsible for engaging three distinct audiences, you will learn our business and our buyer personas quickly, and rapidly identify blind spots that can be remedied through research and other methods. You will evaluate the current and future viability of our CMS and propose appropriate alternatives, making business cases to senior management for platform changes and major investments. You will use wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to bring your recommendations to life and encourage thoughtful feedback to your deliverables. You will use data and testing to inform design decisions. You will work with artists, in-house and freelance front-end developers, and the marketing team to implement your work.
