This hardworking person will have an interest and basic understanding of the printing/packaging industry. You will be responsible for quickly and accurately fulfilling orders.

Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach an optimal resolution according to marketplace guidelines. Ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned to the flow for same-day shipment. Develop an understanding of shoe conditions, specifically those that are considered "issues" by GOAT standards. Manage GOAT pick-up and GOAT drop-off timing, issues, and accuracy. Prepare orders for shipment by unboxing, assigning labels, wrapping and packing orders. Ensure inventory accuracy and quality is maintained from receipt to shipment. Maintain a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.

Lead the global sourcing team in building a robust, high quality network of manufacturing partners. Collaborate cross functionally with the sales and operations teams to execute strategic initiatives. Manage the discovery of new and alternative sources of supply for packaging designs and materials. Research new production methods, sustainable alternatives to our current product offerings, and discover new manufacturing partners with these capabilities. Own the global factory auditing process and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain best practices. Utilize our manufacturing network data and make strategic decisions in order to strengthen our network. Analyze the global and local market, raw material index, and currency trends to set current and future sourcing strategies.

You will partner with the VP, Operations to create and develop supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed, while providing operational guidance to ensure maximum productivity and ensure we meet our cost savings goals. You will handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers, vendors and ensure a strong, effective procurement life cycle.
