Apply visual language to the design of web interfaces and mobile applications for variety of devices with different screen sizes, aspect ratios and pixel densities. Courier lead generation - Sourcing new leads for courier partners and managing the diligence process. Courier onboarding - Manage the onboarding of new courier partners. Outpost delivery management - Manage the day to day and live logistics for delivery including set up of new outposts, issue mitigation, and customer support. Courier management- Develop tools for tracking courier (internal and external) performance and work with partners to improve our performance against delivery KPIs. Technology solutions - Work with internal and external providers to develop tools to support our courier partners and for managing logistics. Store Operations Integration - Coordinate with operations and store teams to improve pickup and delivery experience for internal and external couriers.

Lead one or several complex projects from inception to completion. Drive a large complex matrix team (engineering, product, operations) to deliver on time , on budget with quality. The Construction Project Manager will join the store development team to help support sweetgreen’s rapid growth in various markets. This position will work with a highly talented team that leads the way in innovative restaurant environments. You will lead the entire construction process from pre-construction activities to successful turnover to operations and the field team.

Service Design will also be a key component to this role- requiring experience with user research, journey mapping, and blueprinting. This role will work in close partnership with PMs, Engineers, Store Design, Store Operations, among others. It is intended to be an extremely collaborative role, requiring excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Visual Design-focused Product Designer to join the team at Sweetgreen. This role plays a key role in designing intuitive experiences tailored to meet the needs of a diverse set of customers and SG personnel who cross channels, time, and physical space. Additionally, the Product Design role must evolve and maintain a flexible design system that accommodates ever-growing contexts. We follow Human Centered Design methodologies, which rely on collaboration between engineers, product managers, UX Designers, store designers, and others, therefor empathy, patience and clear communication are integral to success.

The Store Design Manager will join the store design team to drive the pipeline of new stores nationwide. This position will assess new locations for prototypical fit, design accurate layouts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, execute design concepts and construction documents in accordance to the current prototypical details. This position will report to the Director of Store Design and Construction and will have high impact on the entire store development cycle.
