Data Operations Manager

This role stretches across Factual’s Marketers Organization, servicing the Demand Sales and Partner teams to support the steps of creating and launching all targeting and measurement campaigns.
Role is aligned with Factual Adtech partners / platforms (DSP’s, DMP’s, Social Platforms, Networks, TV Platforms, OOH Partners, etc). Data Ops will be the SME / experts of launching and troubleshooting campaigns across their assigned platforms. You will work closely with Partner Teams, as well as Account Managers.
Work on launching, optimizing and maintaining the data usage across campaigns for most Major National and Global advertisers.
Responsible for the internal action items related to campaign creation and launch.
Support existing platform partnerships through building targeting and measurement campaigns, and deploying to our partner platforms.
Work with Account Management team to execute the campaign details of our buyer partners.
Work with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve integrations and maximize revenue opportunities.
Manage internal workflow of campaign details and troubleshooting issues at campaign level and partner level.
Responsible for building segments for optimization and full budget delivery.
Provide Product feedback internally e.g. improvements needed with internal tools to improve productivity + decrease time to launch.
