PROACTIVE: You’ll constantly be thinking about the overall health of the organization, and making sure we are tackling the right priorities first. If you feel like we aren’t, you should be bringing this up to the director of engineering and making sure we add tasks that reflect what needs to get done. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: When you submit pull requests, you thoroughly test to make sure that you’ve covered all edge cases, instead of just solving for the most common one. When you review other people’s PRs, you don’t let anything slip through the cracks.

We're looking for our first Lead Creative UI/UX designer to work out of our offices in Los Angeles. You will be the design leader for Jumpcut, and will eventually grow to managing an entire design team. We're looking specifically for someone with at least 2 years of experience at a full time job (not contract work) doing UI/UX design for a popular consumer facing company. If you have experience only with enterprise products, this probably isn't the right role for you. :) Many startups believe that amazing UI/UX is a “nice to have”. For us, it’s a “need to have”. The Sr. Product Manager for Billing is responsible for strengthening the relationship between Inspire and its customers by powering delightful billing experiences across all aspects of our member experience. As part of Inspire’s Platform team, we need you to work with internal and external partners to build and ship a billing technology stack from mostly the ground up. You will need to interface with Finance, Data Science & Analytics, Sales, Member Experience (Customer Support), and other product teams to ensure your billing product(s) meet their needs and empower them to create a strong relationships with our customers. As Director of Product - Consumer, you will have the unique opportunity to work with the VP of Product to develop a product and business strategy for Inspire’s portfolio of consumer applications from the ground up and formulate a roadmap to bring that strategy to life. You will be responsible for empowering customers to have engaging experiences regardless of touchpoint or energy subscription plan. In addition to recruiting, building and developing a team of highly-talented product managers, you will be required to roll up your sleeves and ship product directly.
